God awful service. not usually this bad. food was borderline inedible. won't be back.
I wouldn't say that the food was bad. I recommend the salad. However, the hamburgers were still mooing and they didn't even ask us how we wanted them cooked. It was the service that was atrocious. There were literally only a few tables there and my coke was empty for so long that I almost went to McDonald's. I've had better service at the drive thru. Literally, when I walked in - I didn't even know if it was open...I can only imagine this place when it's busy.
Waited 10 minutes to he seated apparently because "our hostess didn't come in". Ordered drinks and food. After we received our drinks our server never came back. After 30 minutes we noticed the table next to us, who arrived and ordered after we did, had received their food. We flagged down our server and request more drinks and asked about our food "it should be right out". Another half hour passes, no food, no server. We left some cash on the table for the drinks and walked out.
I came in at 7pm. The place was dead. Literally three people including myself. I waited for 30 minutes just to order my drink. I ordered chicken with a side salad. Salad came out frozen. Not cold but frozen. Chicken came out and it was way raw. Horrible dining experience.
I accidentally left my great grandmother's ring in the bathroom. Called and asked if anyone found one, and the man on the phone went out of his way to find it and reassured me it would be at the front desk. Amazing, honest staff. Restaurant and food is great too! So thankful.
