I only gave one star because you can't give anything less. I will never go there again! The receptionist was on her cellphone when I checked in, and was texting when I was talking to her! Plan on being there for well more than an hour for a cleaning! After waiting for 30 minutes, Kim took x-rays and she didn't put a lead apron on me! Completely unethical! Besides that, I felt degraded as a patient! The staff and "Dr. Jake" were rude and didn't care about me! Like i said, I will never go there again, and would never recommend them to my worst enemy!
They are always welcoming, everyone is always smiling and very helpful. Doesn't really feel like the same old dentist that you dread going to. They care how you are doing, feeling whether you got your teeth cleaned or something else done. I can say that I do not particularly like dentists as most of them I have been to do not numb me enough when getting a filling mind you I have red hair but I really like the atmosphere and well just everything all around. I definitely recommend them for all your dental needs!
I have been here multiple times over the last few months for a cleaning and crowns. They have always made me feel comfortable. They are very attentive while they are working on your teeth, always making sure to ask if you're feeling any pain or discomfort. Jake explains things in detail but in a way that you can understand. Every technician I had was friendly and easy to talk to. I have enjoyed my experience with all of them and could not be happier with how my teeth have turned out!
Dr. Jake is the best. Our whole family enjoys going there, and Jake even met us at the office on a Sunday evening when our son fell on the ice and hit his tooth. You can't ask for better care!
