I have trusted Red Geranium for several years when sending flowers to dear ones in Clear Lake, Iowa. Staff are wonderfully courteous and helpful by telephone and the flowers have always been lovely, delivered as promised, and well appreciated.
As a wedding photographer who has worked with The Red Geranium and seen many bouquets and floral services, I can definitely say that The Red Geranium does exquisite work!! Their bouquets are PHENOMENAL and are always prompt in the delivery of their arrangements! I LOVE photographing their gorgeous bouquets and can't wait to work with them again in the future! :D
Great arrangement and delivered promptly. A few of the advertised flowers were swapped out with maroon mums and orange tiger lillies were swapped with yellow lillies. Despite seasonal availability, they did a good job with the arrangement overall and kept the essence and mood of the arrangement. Great service from an out of state customer. Recommend.
BEAUTIFUL, long lasting arrangements and great customer service, plus a store filled with something for everyone. A true Clear Lake gem!
Flowers died the next day. Replacement bouquet was much smaller and flowers were substandard. No return call from owner as I requested. How disappointing to buy my sick mom a $60.00 bouquet that began dying the next day! My mother called the store to get a replacement bouquet. The one that was sent was much smaller and used daisy's and carnations and lots of filler greenery not even similar to what I had originally ordered. When my mother told me about it I called the store and explained the situation to Sarah and asked that the owner please call me. No return call. Again very disappointed with the product and the service.
