Had them pick up my snow blower because it wouldn't start. Called me a couple weeks later to tell me it wasn't cost effective for me to fix it. So in the end I was charged over 30.00 to be told what I already knew....it doesn't start.

Staff forever changing. Noone knows were anything is. Dirty employee's. Shamefull. When all their product is wrapped in gold. Complete joke. Once had to wait as a manager berated employee in front of me. No thanks
Had to do some home repairs and didn't know exactly what part I was in need of. A really nice employee named Jason helped me find exactly the part I needed and helped me find the other items on my list. He also helped to carry items to my car and was exceptionally professional and nice. I really appreciated all his help!
