We were driving through Iowa from Minnesota and found this museum on the way through I35W. Very surprised to tour a treasure of educational opportunity for our kids. Lot of history, real artifacts, rich cultural information about how people lived, etc., Worth to spend ~4 hours and the persons at front desk was very helpful. Awesome variety of history represented, including a 1911 Colby! And yes there's a lot more than cars, those are just my favorites.
The museum has an extensive variety of displays that highlight the life of a pioneer and the history of the area. A visit to the museum is an excellent educational opportunity and a wonderful stroll down memory lane for anyone who grew up in the area, like I did.
