Jenny has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and has been so much more than just a realtor for us over the past few months. My husband and I were first time homebuyers who went through a very lengthy home buying process. Jenny was wonderful at keeping us updated, keeping things moving along as much as she could for us, and was so incredibly patient and encouraging throughout the whole journey. As a young couple I cannot tell you how appreciative we are for Jenny being so honest & kind to us, walking us through every step, and always keeping our best interest in mind. We now get to call this place home sweet home and create so many memories in a place that we love. We are forever grateful for Jenny!

Not being able to drive there quickly and to understand what is happening with my real estate deal can be very intimidating unless you have someone whom you can trust to do something as simple as taking updated photos and driving by the property to let me know things are all good to double checking paperwork during the transaction. Jenny has been like family that I can depend on in a crunch!

My experience with Triad Realty was great. Jenny Kopriva was my realtor and she did an exceptional job! She went above and beyond to help in any way she could. I was new to the area but she was more than helpful with locating inspectors or answering any questions I had as being a first time home owner. I never felt pressured or invaluable to her.
