The most lovely hotel style apartments ever. The building is very clean and the common areas are beautiful. The 1—room apartment I chose is spacious and has a large bathroom. Kits small but open counter. There's a salon operating a few days a week; a large common dining area with a kitchen that residents can reserve for dining with large groups of people ; a small TV room; and a mini computer lab with printers. The building is semi secure (locked entry and dial in access). Outside areas are immaculate and pretty. There is a gazebo in back.
*Update * I have learned that the apartments are under new management as of about 6 months ago. Maybe that accounts for the positive and pleasant atmosphere that I am enjoying.
The best part is the location. We are just in the center of the best part of downtown. In walking distance for most adults are the library, a park basic shopping, and special occasion shopping, dining, and even a movie theater. The gorgeous lake is just blocks away. This is a restricted income building for seniors and there is no other way we could enjoy this quality of living. I'm so thankful.
