They still charged my card after they told me they would not. I called and talked to Manager named Carmen, who wad very rude on the phone. I was told she would call me about the refund and still no call.
Amazing views from every single room-- they all overlook the lake! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. You get $15 per room at the landing (the restaurant attached to the hotel) for breakfast. They have free coffee in the lobby- so get your coffee up there instead of paying $3 for it at the landing

There is a restaurant/bar directly outside of the rooms. They have live bands and are open to the public. Could be a neat place to just go hang out but not if you're staying here. The bar is open late so it's nearly impossible to get any sleep at a decent hour. Another serious downside is that there is no reserved parking for guests. The parking lot was full with people there for the bar so I had to park over a block away.

Great location on the lake with easy boat ramp access and docking. Restaurant and bar downstairs was good for a reasonable price. Hotel was clean but slightly dated. Continental breakfast was not worth it unless grabbing something quick. Would give it 4.5 out of 5 but unfortunately, we got yelled at by staff in the restaurant during lunch (in front of other customers) for parking in a "no parking" spot that appeared to be a spot in the parking lot, but had no sign or barriers. Talk to the manager who was very pleasant. After a few hours, the staff did apologize but it definitely put a damper on our entire holiday. Other than apologizing, nothing else was done to remedy the situation. Would go back to restaurant and bar but not hotel.
